Both Dr. Dan and Dr. Leslie Buckley are committed to your best interests and helping you develop a strategy for a lifetime of optimal dental health. The Drs. Buckley are highly skilled practitioners of general and cosmetic dentistry, and each has a distinctive blend of caring, artistic sense, conservative philosophy, and expertise. A family themselves, they welcome patients of all ages. They are each members of the following organizations: American Dental Association, Alabama Dental Association, and the Mobile Area Dental Society. Dr. Dan Buckley completed his undergraduate work at the University of South Alabama in 1996. He received a Masters in Chemistry with an emphasis in Polymeric Biomaterials from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1998. That study of polymeric biomaterials steered him to dental school where his knowledge of polymers could be used in clinical practice daily. Dr. Daniel Buckley was awarded his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2002. After graduation, Dr. Buckley completed a General Practice Residency at Denver Health Medical Center in Denver, CO. In his spare time, Dr. Buckley enjoys experimenting with varied cooking techniques and tending to his garden. Dr. Leslie Buckley is a native of the Eastern Shore.  She was Bayside Academy's 1993 Valedictorian. After graduating cum laude from Birmingham-Southern College, she received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2001. She completed a voluntary General Practice Residency at the Denver Veterans Administration Medical Center in Denver, CO. As you might have guessed, The Buckleys met in dental school. They were married in 2002 at the Cathedral-Basilica of the Immaculate Conception by Archbishop Oscar H. Lipscomb, Monsignor G. Warren Wall, and Father Chris Keenan, the chaplain of the New York City Fire Department.
