At Buckley & Buckley Family Dentistry, we strive to provide five-star, V.I.P service to all of our patients. We always inform our patients before treatment is rendered so there are no surprises or financial burdens incurred. It is our passion to help you afford the treatment you desire.
In order to serve you better and keep costs at a minimum, we request that dental services are paid for the day of your appointment. We have a number of options from which you can choose to pay for your dental visit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash, and checks. We can even offer low interest financing payment options for those who qualify. Many times payments can be spread out over time. If you are not familiar with these plans, we can assist you in setting up an account. There may be certain procedures where a deposit is required before treatment is started.
It is our pleasure to assist you in maximizing your insurance benefits by completing your claim forms. If your carrier is up to date (In over 70% of cases), the claims will be ready for you to mail before the end of your treatment that day! The insurance company will then send a check directly to you for your benefit portion. This process is called direct assignment of benefits.
With direct assignment, benefits are less likely to be denied and claims are handled in a most efficient and appropriate manner. Insurance companies know the importance of pleasing their subscribers and most of our patients receive their reimbursement checks within 2 weeks of services.
We file all kinds of insurance, however Drs. Buckley haven't been assigned as providers for any insurance companies. Many "preferred provider" type insurance companies dictate that only the lowest quality materials and treatments are adequate for their subscribers. We disagree. We know that all of our patients deserve to be treated equally and be given all options when treatment is necessary. It is then left to you to decide what may be right for you, and not your insurance company. The relationship between you and your dentist should be just that, and not between your dentist and an insurance company. We will however, be glad to assist you while working with your insurance company to maximize any benefits you have. We are committed to helping you in any way we can, with or without insurance, in network or out of network.
